Bicycle Exercise

Incline Crunches

It is one of the effective exercises to tone your lower abs and give them definition. Lie down on the ground with your legs fully extended in front of you and hands besides your waist. Now raise your legs to form a 45 degree angle with the ground. Exhale as you lift your legs and inhale as you go down, do not touch the ground when you lower your legs keep them a few centimeters above the ground. Decline Crunches
Although the traditional crunches performed lying down on the floor are effective, you will need to increase the difficulty level to faster results. Lie down on the decline bench with your head resting on the side of the bench closest to the ground.
