Leg Raise
Place an exercise mat on the floor, lie flat on it
Place your hands underneath your buttocks
Inhale, exhale and lift your shoulder blades off the floor
Simultaneously, raise both legs as well
Hold legs at 30? angle for about a couple of seconds
Keep your body steady and bring legs back down
Come back to starting position and relax
Do 3 sets of 10 – 15 each
Abdominal Lift
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
Place your hands on both knees
Make sure you balance yourself properly
Slightly bend your back and come forward
Inhale and suck your belly in
Suck your ab muscles and try to touch the spine with it
Hold for about 5 seconds and exhale
Repeat 5 times
Crunches
Place an exercise mat on the floor, lie flat on it
Bend your knees slightly and plant your feet firmly on the floor
Keep your hands behind the head, elbows out
Inhale, exhale and lift your shoulder blades off the floor
Hold for a second and go back to the starting position
Do 3 sets of 10 – 15 each
Sit-ups
Place an exercise mat on the floor, lie flat on it
Bend your knees and plant your feet on the floor
Keep your hands behind the head, elbows out
Inhale, exhale and raise yourself off the floor
Come up, lift your shoulder blades off the floor
Bring your chest closer to the knees
Hold for a second and go back to the starting position
Do 3 sets of 10 – 15 each
